CONSULTATIONS IN PERSON:
If you would like a consultation in person please click on the Fees page for details of visits and fees and then call me on 07891 892 652
CONSULTATIONS OVER THE PHONE OR ONLINE:
If you would prefer a consultation over the phone or online (because of Covid-19, distance from the clinics or any other reason), please read the information below and then call me on 07891 892 652:
I continue to offer an equivalent allergy testing and treatment service over the phone, Skype or Zoom using finger-prick blood tests (instead of diagnostic kinesiology - the method I use at the clinics). These blood tests can be done at home and will be sent to you by the labs I work with. I have adapted my practice format for distance consultations as follows:
Initial consultation (60 mins) - £60
Blood test (e.g. IgG food intolerance) - £100
Second consultation (30 mins) - £30
Total cost - £190
Please Note: The fee for distance consultations is the same for everyone regardless of age.
Alternatively, I can offer you a consultation without a blood test (up to 90 mins) - £90 also over the phone, Skype or Zoom. In many cases I am able to advise and recommend next steps without a test, based on symptoms and an understanding of primary causes gained by asking questions and talking things through. I may recommend a diagnostic elimination diet, changes to eating patterns, adjustments to lifestyle, steps to reduce susceptibility to allergens, desensitisation to allergens, stress-reduction steps and more depending on your situation.
To discuss your situation call me on 07891 892 652 (or click here to email me). I can then advise you on the best way forwards.
Robin Ravenhill
Welcome
The Allergy Clinic (UK) is a well established practice in four towns in the South East of England: Lewes (near Brighton), Polegate (near Uckfield), Eastbourne (near Bexhill) and East Grinstead (near Crawley and Tunbridge Wells). Since starting my practice 24 years ago I have seen thousands of adults and children who have benefited from testing and treatment solutions for:
Seasonal allergy
Pet and animal allergy
Food allergy and intolerance
Toxic chemical and metal sensitivity
Household and environmental allergy
Gut flora imbalances which predispose to allergy
Diet and nutrition problems such as IBS and obesity
And much more - see Symptoms of Allergy and Intolerance
I am a registered Allergy Therapist with 24 years experience. I do not just do allergy tests and leave people with the results. I value:
- An in-depth approach to allergy and toxicity issues
- Effective testing and treatment solutions
- Clear and helpful explanations and advice - a way forwards
My approach is 'holistic', which simply means looking at the 'bigger picture' where health and wellbeing is concerned. It means taking into consideration all the factors and circumstances that might be contributing to the allergy status of my clients and the symptoms they present with. This approach helps me to identify and address the underlying causes of allergy and illness, and is the best way of helping people to get well and stay well. My aim is to help restore health and vitality and resistance to illness and stress.
This website provides you with helpful information on allergies and related conditions, and the testing and treatment methods I practice. Please download the FREE Allergy Report for more information on:
- The value of a holistic approach to sensitivity
- The pros and cons of different testing methods
- How to differentiate between types of allergy
- How to asses your allergy status
- The benefits of homeopathic desensitisation
I am registered with the British Institute for Allergy and Environmental Therapy - see Credentials.
"You know your stuff!"
Said the producer of Allison Ferns in the Afternoon, BBC Southern Counties Radio.
I have been a guest on this programme and on Sovereign
Radio to give advice and talk about allergy and intolerance.

"I feel great! My nose is just clear. I haven't used the spray, I didn't take any more remedies, I didn't do anything. I'm fine!."
M.A. after taking remedies for allergic rhinitis and hay fever symptoms. She had suffered all year round for 11 years, and had been using a nasal spray twice daily for 3 years. |
